Robert Dunfield

Is a graduate of the University of Utah, with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and certifications with the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He’s worked as a Personal Trainer for 11 years and specializes in sport-specific training for men and women, resistance training, and weight loss and weight management.
    “As long as I can remember, sports and health have been my passion. I’ve participated in sports as diverse as skiing, rugby, tennis, marathon running, and weight lifting. I completed my first marathon at the age of 8. I plan to stay fit forever and want my clients to do the same. Watching clients’ lives change for the better through exercise and fitness over the past decade has been the most satisfying work anyone could ever have.”
